1. Tell me about the trip

Start with the Start Planning form or schedule a quick introductory call.

Tell me who is traveling, your approximate dates, budget, where you are traveling from, and what you have in mind. You do not need to have everything figured out yet. A rough idea is plenty.

We will also talk about what matters most to you, including your travel style, preferred pace, accommodations, activities, dining, and anything you want to avoid.

2. I make sure we are on the same page

Before I begin researching, I will explain what I can help coordinate, what I may need from you, and whether your trip requires a planning fee.

Most cruises and all-inclusive resort bookings do not require an additional planning fee. More customized or complex trips may.

If a fee applies, you will know before I begin. No surprises.

3. I research and narrow the options

This is where I do the homework.

Instead of sending you a giant list to sort through, I research the options that fit what we discussed and narrow them down to the ones that make the most sense for you.

I will explain the differences that actually matter, point out potential tradeoffs, and let you know when pricing or availability makes something time sensitive.

4. You choose and I handle the details

Once you find the option you love, I will help coordinate the reservations included in your planning service.

You will review the important details before anything is finalized, and I will help keep track of confirmations, payments, deadlines, and other pieces of the trip.

As departure gets closer, I will also help you stay on top of the things that need your attention so you can focus more on getting excited and less on keeping track of everything.

5. I am here when it is time to travel

Before you leave, I will make sure you have the information you need and know how to reach me if something comes up.

Flights get delayed. Weather happens. Plans sometimes change. When they do, you will have a real person who already knows your trip and can help you figure out what comes next.
