Bob booked an anniversary cruise for us. He got us a great room, on a great ship, at a great price (the price was similar to the 90-day site). He gave us excellent advice on parking, excursions, packing, etc. and was available by phone, text or email whenever we needed him. We had a great time, and Bob and Travel by Cook made it possible. - July 2026 Anniversary Cruise

Travel By Cook was our first experience to use a travel agency. We found Robert Cook very thorough and attentive always available by text or phone delivering answers to our question along with answers to questions we didn’t think to ask! We will definitely be going to him for future dream vacations. - July 2026 All Inclusive Resort

Just got back from our first European vacation. Robert helped us plan and navigate it all. couldn't have done it without him.
He took most all the stress out of it for us. Made our first trip over so much easier. He was always just a phone call away. Went above and beyond to help Us. Highly recommend him. Highly ! We will definitely be calling on him in the future and telling all our family to do the same. - May 2026 First Europe Trip

Robert is truly the best! He has helped us on multiple trips ranging from here in the U.S., to Mexico, and Europe as well. He knows the ins and outs of airports, the best taxi services to use, where to find the best drinks, and even how to get the best chair by the beach! Robert Cook worked with us over several days to create a great trip through Turkey, Greece, and the United Kingdom, spanning almost a month of complex travel plans and five airlines for three persons. He went beyond the call of duty. Thank you Robert! - March 2025 European Trip

There are good travel agents & then there are EXCEPTIONAL travel agents! Bob is OUTSTANDING in everyway! He has helped plan, coordinate, & book several trips for me now with extreme precision! Bob is extremely knowledgeable about the travel industry & knows the in's & out's of helping his clients get the best deal possible. He did a tremendous job of booking me a trip to New York last year & then a few months later to Jamaica. He's also helped with a weekend trip to San Antonio. I truly can't say enough about Bob! He's personable, professional, friendly, & he communicates well. No question is too "silly" or small for him - he really CARES about the client's experience. IF I had to sum Bob up in three words, here's what I would say: Bob is AMAZING, EFFECTIVE, & USER-FRIENDLY!!! I highly recommend that allow Bob to book your next travel adventure - you won't be disappointed! - Feb 2025 Multiple Trips

My husband and I had decided to go to Niagara Falls, our only decision was how where we going to get there. I called Robert and told him we wanted to go by train. He put together an amazing package for us and now we had our train adventure and our trip to Niagara Falls in one. He is so great I needed to ask a question I called and he answered his phone took care of my concern. WOW just Wow how often does that happen. Truly a hands on Travel Adviser. Call him and tell him where you want to go and he can make it happen. - Oct 2024 Niagara Falls via Amtrak

Travel by Cook provided lots of information, and put together everythng we wanted to do. Would stay in a different town than Columbia Falls, as there is little to do there, and very few restaurants. Rain prevented us from doing some of what we wanted to do so we came home a day early. Would use Travel by Cook again without a doubt. - September 2026 Glacier National Park
